Joining Pack 612 is easy! Simply complete the steps below:How to Join Pack 612
1. Visit a Pack Meeting
Come meet us on the First or Third Thursday at Mills River United Methodist at 6:30 pm. We’d love to meet your family and answer any questions!1. Visit a Pack Meeting
2. Register with Scouting America
Complete the Scouting America Youth Application and pay the National and Local Registration Fees ($135).2. Register with Scouting America
3. Submit the Scout Medical Form
Download, complete, and turn in the Annual Scouting America Medical Form for your Scout.3. Submit the Scout Medical Form
4. Submit the Adult Medical Form
Each participating adult should also download, complete, and turn in the Annual Scouting America Medical Form. *Required for attending Cub/Parent campout4. Submit the Adult Medical Form
5. Pay Pack Dues
Pay the Pack 612 annual dues of $80 ($40 biannually).5. Pay Pack Dues
6. Complete Required Adult Training

7. Obtain Your Uniform
Your Scout will need:Class A Uniform (available from the Scout Shop)7. Obtain Your Uniform
- Official Cub Scout shirt
- Official Cub Scout pants, shorts, skort
- Appropriate neckerchief and slide (Lions are excluded)
- Hat (as appropriate for rank)
- Pack 612 or Scouting T-shirt available at the Scout Shop
